Committee No Show Policy

Effective Immediately

If your team is scheduled to serve as a committee member for a specified week and your team fails to provide a member to serve:

IF THE D&A MEETING CAN STILL BE HELD:

1. Team will be put on the ON-CALL list for any following week of D&A. (ON-CALL means team will still be given at least 48-hours notice of need to serve.)
2. If team no-shows again, TEAM MANAGERS will be fined $100.

IF THE D&A MEETING CANNOT BE HELD DUE TO ABSENT COMMITTEE MEMBERS:

1. TEAM MANAGERS of absent teams will be immediately fined $100.
2. Teams will be put on the ON-CALL list for any following week of D&A. (ON-CALL means team will still be given at least 48-hours notice of need to serve.)
