Chose a world cup country as your team name, be the first to enter with that country .If your team wins the 2014 World Cup your team will receive a "surprise" award
Last minute Game Day instructions
Remember that unless your players have uploaded a photo they will have to bring a current photo ID to the field to check in with the Referee Officiating crew.
MAKE sure that you print & bring 3 (three) documents with you to the game
1) Two (2) copies of the ADG/Affinity Game Day Match Report (one for the referee to keep and one you get back after the game) *
2) An Official ADG/Affinity Team/Player dated with in three days of the match (time stamp will print lower corner)
Please have your players at the field a minimum of 30 minutes prior to kick off so the referees have ample time to check each player in.
Players arriving after kick off must check in with the center referee before entering the game.
Don't forget to enter scores/ red & yellow cards into the system with in 48 hours after the game.
*Teams playing in cross division games will not have to print Match Day Reports or Report Scores. They will have to send all Red/Yellow Card incidents to the CASL D&A Chair at
